The County of Marquette, acting in its capacity as the CDBG Grant Administrator, is seeking a Michigan Licensed Contractor and Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) certified firm with at least one lead abatement supervisor for the rehabilitation of a single family residential home located at 823 S Pine St, Ishpeming, MI 49849. Project specifications consist of: 1. Bathroom Accessibility: Remove existing bathtub. Install fiberglass walk in shower with surrounds, appropriate waterproofing and drainage systems. 2. Toilet Replacement Remove existing toilet in the basement. Install new white ceramic low-flow toilet (1.3 gallon). 3. Fire Alarm and Carbon Monoxide Detectors Install wireless smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors on each dwelling floor and in all bedrooms. If already existing, ensure they are functioning
