This work specifically includes the removal and replacement of exterior flatwork at the designated locations in the plans and specifications. 2. Exterior Window and Door Removal and Replacement a. This work specifically incudes the removal and replacement of exterior windows and doors and all temporary and permanent moisture protections. b. All openings must be closed at the end of each work day whether permanent or temporary for security purposes c. Successful bidder shall also be responsible for the disconnection and reconnection of all low voltage access systems, automated ADA openers/closers, wiring and grouting of jambs, etc. 3. Restroom Renovations a. This work includes the interior renovation of all restrooms including but not limited to the following scopes. i. Demolition of all existing plumbing fixtures, countertops, toilet partitions and associated hardware ii. Contractor is to salvage all toilet accessories and reinstall at completion of new work. For accessories that are damaged DPSCD will provide new for contractor to install iii. All associated plumbing work iv. Toilets, flanges, wax rings, flush valves, etc. v. Sinks, faucets, piping, mixing valves, insulation, etc. vi. New Solid Surface Tops with integral bowl to be provided vii. Contractor to install new countertops on existing steel structure where previous countertops were supported viii. New Toilet Partitions. ix. Accessories, hardware. x. Tile patching. xi.
