Provide and install all roof edge flashings, gutters, downspouts, ice and water shield, expansion joint covers, and ice/snow guards. Provide and install a complete watertight, positive draining roof system, including built-up roofing, ridged insulation, attachment to deck, underlayment, cants, shims, saddles, tapers, angle iron, preformed expansion materials, flashings, cap flashing, drip edges,4” neoprene bellows expansion joint covers, walk way pads, blanket insulation, sealant, valleys, membrane, roofing felts, counter flashing, stepped flashings, ridging, cleats and the like as may be indicated. Furnish and install all sheet metal Work, metal soffit and fascia, required for a watertight roof, including but not limited to plastic cement, counter flashings, parapet copings, gravel stops, hold down cleats, metal caps, flashing of all roof curbs, roof drains and all roofing penetrations.
