Specifications include, but are not limited to: The basic high level project tasks will include: • Develop an overall strategy and plan for the project, • Gather the business requirements from the Fare Collection department, • Document the requirements and obtaining approval by PTC, • Configure and program the product to meet the business requirements, • Unit testing, QA testing, Integration & Stress testing and User Acceptance testing, • Migration into PTC production environment, • Training o End user training (central office as well as remote locations throughout the enterprise) on the use of the solution, o Administrator training (central office as well as remote locations throughout the enterprise) on the administration of the solution.
