Specifications include, but are not limited to: Camera: Cameras must be color, digital IP with infrared capability for low-light situations. Resolution must be at least 5 megapixel with 1080p capability and 30 frames per second. Cameras must record audio. The operating environment must be compatible with cold winters and hot summers in most buses without air conditioning. Cameras must be digitally configurable for focus, zoom, IR & UV light exposure, etc.; Coverage of the bus must include: the entire interior seating area; driver seat & entry door; dashboard camera (driver view of road); stop arm camera (both directions); DVR – The digital video record must include 8 audio-visual recording ports, a port for GPS, a port for a PC/laptop connection (USB), storage for 15 school days with maximum route time of 5 hours/day. Recording will automatically overwrite the oldest data when the media is full. Recording shall include the capability to monitor bus speed, light system, brakes, overhead flashers and turn signals. Recording must be simultaneous for all channels. The recording media must be a replaceable solid state drive with USB 3.0 access for a PC connection. Two extra drives must be included in the quote. Tamper proof enclosure and mounted permanently with common key for all. Must be compatible with GPS/mapping system if or when installed.; Software – Windows PC compatible, camera selection, must include ability to play, stop, forward, reverse, pause, frame by frame forward, beginning of video file, end of video file and volume control for audio, camera selection buttons and time slider. Search by time and date. must have capability to easily forward and view video and audio clips/frames as attachment to email. Must be able to download in a recordings in a non-proprietary format.; Office – wifi access include wifi access point to interface with office equipment.
