1. The selected contractor shall be responsible for all elements associated with the safe implementa�on of the building stabiliza�on ac�vi�es. The selected contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits. The selected contractor shall also be responsible for the removal of demoli�on debris, including comple�ng any waste acceptance characteriza�on and disposal approvals of any materials. 2. Asbestos. The MCLBA has knowledge of asbestos associated with the structure. It is not an�cipated that these materials would be disturbed by the required ac�vi�es. If the contractor determines it is necessary to disturb these materials, the contractor is responsible for asbestos abatement necessary to complete the requested ac�vi�es. 3. Lead-Based Paint. The MCLBA has no knowledge of lead levels in painted coa�ngs associated with the property.
