The site is located on the east side of the Waste Water Treatment Plant, 5790 W. Michigan Ave. Please return bids to Saginaw Charter Township, Department of Public Services attention Alan Messing at 4870 Shattuck Rd. Saginaw, MI 48603 no later than Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 2:00pm. All interested bidders shall contact me for site inspection to determine amount of brush to grind before submitting a bid prior to the bid opening. The work will consist of the following: 1.
