Specifications include, but are not limited to:SCOPE OF WORK Services include: 1. Brand development, creative discovery and fact-finding A. Document key messages and positioning for the program in a way that aligns with City of Detroit and DEGC branding and communications. 2. Creative asset development A. Create program name, including options for client to choose. B. Create program logo, including options for client to choose. C. Establish colors, fonts and style guide for program. 3. Collateral development A. Develop collateral templates and populate with content provided by the client. Collateral templates may include: • Flyers • Door hangers • Brochures • Mailers • Newsletter and email templates • Letterhead B. Assist with content development as necessary. 4. Website and social media development A. Create website site map and wireframe layouts. B. Provide website design and layout concepts options for client review. C. Program website based on design concept, layout and wireframe chosen by client. • Coordinate with GIS consultant to integrate map interface • Coordinate with online application consultant to integrate application submission software • Ensure mobile compatibility • Provide for future video compatibility
