Vendors shall provide the following: • Body-worn cameras (minimum 16 units) • Secure cloud-based or on-premises video storage • Camera management and video evidence software • Maintenance, training, and technical support • In-car camera integration • Redaction software for public records compliance Each body-worn camera must meet or exceed the following specifications: • Minimum resolution: 1080p HD • Field of view: Minimum 120° • Low-light/night vision capabilities • Pre-event recording buffer (at least 30 seconds) • Battery life: Minimum 12 hours continuous use • Water and impact resistance (IP67 or better) • One-touch recording activation • LED recording indicator (optional privacy mode) • Mounting options: uniform and outer vest
