The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of its Assessor’s Office requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP. The System will provide an online portal for the completion, submission, review, processing, consideration, decision making, retention and reporting of applications for property assessment appeals, classification changes, poverty property tax exemptions and/or other various applications or forms. The System shall assist the Board of Review (the “Board”) and the Office of the Assessor with the processing of these various applications/appeals/forms. The System shall be designed to handle a minimum of 20,000 cases each of the various type of submissions annually
