Wood blocking needed solely for the installation of the roofing system and/or metal panels and not shown on the drawings. 4. Applicable fees, permits, inspections, etc. as required for the completion of the work in this bid category. 5. Flash/seal penetrations through roofing membranes, both existing and new. Present warranties are to be protected and maintained. 6. Responsible for soffit removal and installation shown on 3/A101 and associated with alternate PE – 3. 7. After reinstallation of roof drain rings verify plumbing connection below 8. Demolition related to this scope of work including but not limited to gravel stops, edge metal, drain strainers, metal panels, etc. 9. Subcontractor must coordinate its work with the work of other subcontractors at the site to eliminate conflicts. No additional costs as a result of a lack of coordination will be accepted.
