The Contractor’s scope of work shall consist of the following: •Contractor shall work with the LTBB Executive Director, Department of Public Works (DPW) staff, Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators, and Project Engineers to coordinate and gain access to the biosolids digester and biosolids holding tank for the Biosolids Removal Project. • Contractor shall be complete with the work by July 2, 2025. • Contractor shall supply all equipment, tools, testing, vehicles and labor necessary to dewater biosolids currently stored in the biosolids digester and storage tank, return supernatant water back to the front of the treatment system and haul off dried biosolids to and regulated Landfill. Land application of the biosolids will not be accepted. • Contractor shall be responsible for securing disposal approval, any additional sampling that may be required by permitted landfill, and any fees that may be associated with the disposal of the biosolids at the landfill. • Contractor is responsible for providing all documentation related to the disposal of the biosolids at the approved/regulated Landfill.
