Fire pump replacement and to provide all labor and material associated with the work; FDC & test header connection concrete pad and to provide all labor and material associated with the work; Replacement of existing north stairwell 2” standpipe branch line, existing 4” corridor main, existing 4” FDC feed and existing 3” pipe at the mechanical room based on pipe testing and to provide all labor and material associated with the work; Estimate for Schedule 40 black steel pipe vs. CPVC and to provide all labor and material associated with the work; Job and general overhead includes supervision and executive expenses; use charges on small tools, scaffolding, blocking, shores, appliances, etc., and other miscellaneous job expenses. The Contractor shall protect adjoining property and nearby buildings, roads, and other facilities and improvements from dust, dirt, debris and other nuisances arising out of Contractor’s operations or storing practices. Dust shall be controlled by sprinkling, negative pressure exhausting or other effective methods acceptable to University. Fugitive dust from interior demolition shall be controlled by negative pressure exhausting. An erosion and sedimentation control program shall be initiated, which includes measures addressing erosion caused by wind and water and sediment in runoff from site. A regular watering program shall be initiated to adequately control the amount of fugitive dust.
