DEMOLITION AND ROOF PREPARATION Remove debris from roof area and properly dispose of all materials off site. Tear off existing roof system down to the existing deck. Tear off all base flashings. Remove existing edge metal. Remove existing gutters & downspouts. Remove existing flue pipe flashing, storm collar, and rain cap. Remove existing rusted flue pipe to first joint below the deck and replace with new to match existing size and type. Remove existing deteriorated decking. (Unit Cost) DECK REPAIR/REPLACEMENT Install new decking to match existing deck. (Unit Cost) ROUGH CARPENTRY Install new nailers to replace damaged or deteriorated nailers (Unit Cost). INSULATION/FASTENERS Install .25” cover board mechanically fastened to the deck. MEMBRANE/FLASHINGS Install non-reinforced EPDM fully adhered system. Install non-reinforced EPDM membrane fully adhered at all perimeters and projections. Install uncured EPDM flashing membrane at all corners, angle changes, and T-intersections as required by manufacturer.
