Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes installation services for all necessary components for 12 or 13 ADA compliant exterior doors with appropriate thickness of glass and gauge of steel inclusive of installation of timber or metal door frames, door panel and ironmongery, and architrave if applicable. If applicable, any fixing of cement/asphalt or tile to make exterior doors work. Any fastener holes from existing hardware removed shall be filled, sanded and primed ready to accept finish paint. Minimum of 3 key fob access points and electrical installation with remote door locking and unlocking, failover battery support, door schedules, user creation and access automation Operation and assist Information Technology (IT) with installation of server database and software applications. Hardware shall be repurposed where feasible. It will be agreed upon with the vendor/contractor as to which hardware is reused and what needs to be replaced. Complete any software setup and setting necessary for proper access control. Provide and implement recommendations of industry best practices during implementation.
