Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Bid Category #1: Audio and Video Systems 1. The audio and video systems in the building shall consist of but not be limited to: a. Classroom AV Systems b. Conference room AV systems c. Large room AV systems 2. Test all AV systems 3. The extent of the work shall be as shown on the drawing and detailed in these specifications B. Bid Category #2: Paging Systems 1. Provide and install a new Paging system at the locations noted 2. Paging system shall be a combined Paging and Bell system that shall support the entire building or buildings as noted 3. Work shall include but not be limited to: a. Paging headend and software b. Interfaces of the paging system to other systems noted c. New paging speakers d. Cabling for connectivity of: A) Data network B) Telephone system C) Auxiliary inputs D) Desktop interface E) Security system F) Existing paging system e. Software on user PC’s f. System Configuration, Bell schedules and system training 4. All cables shall be terminated and tested as per the specifications a. All cables shall be supported by J-hooks in the ceiling b. Label all cables c. Test all cables 5. Vendor shall provide personnel and equipment for full training and commissioning of the system 6. The extent of the work shall be as shown on the drawing and detailed in these specifications
