Specifications include, but are not limited to: Exterior door and window replacements at Barnard, Bemis, and Hill Elementary Schools and International Academy East . ; a. Demolition of all exterior glazing windows/ framing complete is work of this bid category. Only demo window openings that can be replaced in the same day. Demo shall include all accessories and sealants complete. Include temporary panels in frames until glazing is in place. b. Provide any required demolition of existing units. c. Removal, salvage, and storage of access control devices for reinstallation by this Contractor shown on the Demolition drawings. d. Coordinate the extent of demolition with abatement contractor for all systems noted on the drawings to be the responsibility of the abatement contractor. e. Removal of existing blinds not removed by the abatement contractor. f. Contractor to provide there own dumpster for material removed in demolition. a. Provide and install all exterior glazed FRP doors, including frames, and hardware, as required to provide a fully functioning opening. b. Provide and install all hardware, and accessories, scheduled for doors provided under this scope of work.. Hardware required for the opening to be functionable shall be installed by this Contractor. c. Provide and install all exterior glass and glazing in all exterior doors and frames including FRP doors in aluminum glazing systems. This includes, but is not limited to any transom glazing, side-lites, borrowed lites, and fire rated glass that is scheduled to be field installed.
