Specifications include, but are not limited to: The architectural design services required for this project include but are not limited to the following: a) Initial meeting with all stakeholders for input into design objectives. b) Develop schematic concepts for the use of space at the existing location and one alternate (all in South County Building). c) Follow up meeting with stakeholders to select preferred office location. d) Refine Schematic Design and final meetings with stakeholders, e) Make final adjustments to design and provide floorplans and 2-3 Interior Renderings, f) The final report must include a detailed cost estimate, organized by CSI division, providing escalation estimates for construction in 2024 and in 2025.
