Equipment and Staff. For each Signature Auction Event, the Contractor must provide: Audio Line array, public address (PA) and delay speakers. Ten free-standing speakers A minimum of two handheld microphones. One audio technician with at least five years of experience. One assistant audio technician. Projection Two 14-foot projection screens. Two 14K Lumen projectors. Image magnification (IMAG) and TV displays. One technical director with at least five years of experience. Two staff to operate cameras for IMAG, camera switching, and video playback. Seven 55” TVs. One lectern with at least one free-standing gooseneck microphone. One follow spotlight with stand. Step and repeat lighting. Truck delivery of equipment to the Signature Auction Event location at a time agreed upon between the Contractor and Program Manager, not less than eight (8) hours prior to the event. All equipment must be of professional quality.
