1. Provide permits and inspections as required. 2. Provide and install Containment Barrier as required. 3. Provide complete asbestos abatement to include – A. Two mobilizations – one for Unit 200 commencing early April and one for Unit 300 commencing early to mid-June. B. Abatement of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic. 5900 square ft in Unit 200 and 300 square feet in Unit 300. C. Abatement of asbestos containing doors, per door, based on 10 doors. D. Provide a Unit Cost per square foot of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic. Work to be done while on site if additional abatement/removal is required. 4. Provide asbestos material removal from site. 5. Provide air monitoring as required. 6. Provide barrier removal once approved. A. Provide submittals as listed in the instructions to bidders and specifications. B. Provide all required layout for this Bid Package’s work. C. Update Construction Manager’s as built drawings as work is performed.
