Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide break outs of Hourly Rates for all employees required to complete the work. Any additional scope you wish to include (demo) please separate and provide break outs of all costs. State Background Checks will be required for any employees working on the project prior to commencement. Review Project Documents & Phasing Plans – Triangle to provide Bidder Instructions and Specifications – Contact Robert Jonker at email provided. Previous testing reports provide from AAA Lead Inspections, Inc. – Triangle to provide Multiple Mobilizations will be required (Min 5) to be included. Onsite walk-thrus are highly encouraged & welcomed, Coordinate with Jack/Steve from Triangle. Schedule of work is CHRISTMAS BREAK (Dec 20’) & Spring Break (April 21’) any additional remaining scope will be Summer of 21’ and Summer of 22’ . Overall schedule to be confirmed during post bid interviews.
