Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Pick-Up Information 2.1.1 Furnish armored vehicle and appropriate security personnel to pick-up deposits at BWL’s Customer Service Center located at 1232 Haco Drive, Lansing, Michigan 48912. 2.1.2 Provide pick-up, at a minimum 2 days and up to 3 days each week. 2.1.3 Supplier shall allow ten (10) minutes for each scheduled pick-up at BWL location noted above. No additional charge shall be assessed for pick-up times under ten (10) minutes. 2.1.4 Pick-up time shall be between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to facilitate next day bank deposit posting. 2.1.5 Once a pick-up time is established, Supplier should adhere to a consistent time to the greatest extent possible. 2.1.6 BWL does not require pick-up on the following BWL holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.; BWL to provide list of official BWL holiday dates by December 1st each year.
