Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing membrane and dispose of in a legal manner. 2. Inspect the existing insulation and replace wet or damaged insulation at a pre-determined square foot price. 3. Install 3/8" fan fold insulation board over exiting insulation. 4. Install a 50 mil, Duro-Last roof system to entire roof area. Roof system is to be mechanically fastened per manufacturers specifications. Duro Last or Duro-Last X membrane is approved. 5. Flash and seal all roof penetrations per manufacturers specifications. 6. Front wall of lower roof and dividing wall of upper and lower roof are to be encapsulated with roof membrane. 7. Install two way breather vents per manufacturers specifications. 8. Install new wood nailers as required for installation of new perimeter edge metal. 9. Perimeter termination is to be a two pieces compression fascia system. Standard color - 24 ga. 10. Roofing contractor is responsible to secure services of a licensed electrical contractor for any modifications to electrical lines that may be required for install of the roof system. 11. Provide complete clean up of all job related debris. 12. Roofing contractor is responsible for any damage to landscaping, sidewalks and parking lots that occur due to their actions. 13. Provide a 20 year NDL, manufacturer's warranty covering 100% materials and 100% labor
