Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Kalamazoo seeks a professional Consultant to provide independent expert analysis ofthe City of Kalamazoo's assessment process including, but not limited to, the following areas:3.1Review of legislative and regulatory requirements.3.2Review of the methodology used for assessing each property classification.3.3Analyze the process for reviewing applications for, and renewals of, exempt property.3.4Review of reports and source documentation.3.5Review annual assessing "calendar of events", including major activities (i.e., Boards ofReview, deadlines for making various determinations, etc.), as well as the timelines forproducing required reports and other material for the City Commission, County Equalization,State, etc
