Specifications include, but are not limited to: administration, marketing, and supervision for the day-to-day operation of the Adult Softball and/or Adult Volleyball League. The City reserves the right to change the schedule due to weather or facility issues. The City Adult Softball and Adult Volleyball League is conducted five (5) days a week, one (1) softball season and one (1) volleyball season per year. 5.1 Pre-Season Marketing Services shall be solely the responsibility of the Contractor. 5.2 Pre-Season Preparation Services shall be solely the responsibility of the Contractor. PreSeason Preparation Services include, but are not limited to, player and team registration, collection and deposit of fees, pre-season meetings, and creation and distribution of schedules. 5.3 Automated Scorekeeping/Statistical Support shall be solely the responsibility of the Contractor.
