Specifications include, but are not limited to:Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District will receive sealed Bids for the following renovations within the TBA ISD Administration/New Campus/East Wing Building: Project work scopes include (Base Bid): remove and replace all existing light fixtures and controls throughout the Lower Level areas of the New Campus and East Wing portions of the facility including exterior soffit lights at entrances, refinishing all existing concrete structural "T", gyp. bd., plaster or 12”x12” acoustical "z" spline ceilings surfaces receiving new light fixtures in areas designated on the construction documents, (Alternate No.1): remove and replace all existing light fixtures and controls throughout the Main Level Administration portion of the facility including exterior soffit lights at entrances, refinishing all existing gyp. bd., plaster or 12”x12” acoustical "z" spline ceilings surfaces receiving new light fixtures in areas designated on the construction documents, (Alternate No. 2): providing new fire protection systems and air conditioning in A.V. Hub 321 and Server Room 369 located on the Main Level of the facility including related renovations indicated on the construction documents and (Alternate No. 3): renovate existing New Campus Locker Room area (lower level) into new Curriculum Library including demolition of existing masonry walls, portion of concrete floor, plaster ceiling and plumbing fixtures and development of new wall, floor and ceiling systems and new electrical, communication and data appointments.
