Notice is hereby given that the Gogebic County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) will accept sealed bids for Abatement and Demolition for 2 residential structures, according to the specifications prepared by TriMedia Environmental & Engineering Services, LLC (TriMedia). The GCLBA is funding this project through the use of a Blight Elimination Grant from the Michigan State Land Bank Authority, and the project will be conducted in compliance with grant requirements, including reporting requirements. The scope of work includes the following: The Bidder shall complete the abatement, demolition, and site restoration of two (2) residential properties located at 1715 S Woolsy in Bessemer, MI, and 456 E Tamarack in Ironwood, MI, including but not limited to outbuildings, sidewalks, trees, debris piles, and other miscellaneous items that may be left on the properties.
