Specifications include, but are not limited to:Project work scope includes approximately 8,955 square feet of renovations to the existing Adult Work Center Transition Campus within the TBA ISD Career Tech Center facility. Work shall include all related plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and IT service extensions and modifications required, as indicated on the Construction Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for reconfiguration, relocation and protection of all existing systems and services remaining and development of new services and connections required within the areas of renovation as indicated on the construction documents. It is the intent of the Owner to start work immediately following award with completion as early as possible. Award of the contract will be determined at the August TBA board meeting. Renovation work within the existing AWC facility will require coordination with the Assistant Superintendent of Ancillary Services (Stephanie Murray), AWC Supervisor (Marty Guiney) and Owner’s facilities managers (Don Robinson and Charlie Gordon) for scheduling specific areas of work and start times within the existing facility
