Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified contractors to provide IT services to install Genetec cameras at Heilmann Recreation Center and Adams Butzel Recreation Center. Task for this project will include but not limited, demo, electrical service, installation, etc. • The installed system must be compatible with Genetec version 5.10.2 • The integrator/supplier has to be a Genetec certified channel partner, Elite Certification or better is preferred • The integrator needs to have a Genetec Omnicast and Synergis Certificate for video/access control • The integrator needs to be certified and be able to create support request as needed with manufacture for all components being provided. • All individuals working on CoD Security and Network systems have to be background checked by the Detroit Police Department and have Michigan state police CJIS security awareness training on file. Provide a schedule of construction and monitoring the progress through project completion. The Contractor will be accountable for the project's target completion date. Weekly schedule updates will be required showing start/finish dates and percentage of completion per activity. • Hire any/all subcontractors required including all required trades services/subcontractors to complete the scope of work. • Provide the necessary project management and supervisory services as defined by the Contract Documents and in accordance with the final construction schedule. • Closely supervise all work, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality, standards, schedule, and cost. • Provide all documentation of guarantees, warranties and operating manuals, and system training to the City. • Review all request for information (RFI), shop drawings, project data, and samples for compliance with contract documents. Consult with the GSD as needed.
