Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Labor rates should include all direct and indirect labor, any scope development, meetings, proposals, or estimates for projects, mileage, trip charges, overhead, and profit. Provide Time and Material rate for services on an “as‐needed” basis. ; B. Regular work hours shall be considered from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. ; C. After regular work hours shall be considered 5pm to 8am, Monday through Friday. ; D. Weekend hours shall be considered anytime on Saturday or Sunday. ; E. The majority of repair and maintenance services will take place at the airport’s Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Building. This building is located within the airport’s perimeter fence. Any individual authorized to perform maintenance and repair services for the airport will be required to attain airport credentials in order to perform work on equipment without escort. Airport credentialing processes can be found at flyazo.com/badging . ; F. Material rates will be at cost + shipping + % markup. The % markup will be provided by the Respondent. ; G. All services shall be performed on an “as‐needed” basis. ; H. The notice of bid acceptance does not constitute a directive to proceed. The contractor must receive authorization before providing any supplies or services of each project or request for services by the Assistant Airport Director – Operations & Maintenance or their designee before proceeding with any work. ; I. The County reserves the right to use more than one bidder for the work in a given year. ; J. All contractors must be licensed an insured within the State of Michigan.
