Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design and install a Plymovent Vehicle Exhaust Removal System to remove diesel fumes for 3 (three) apparatus, new hose drops, "Back In", at Adrian Fire Department. Warranty on Parts, Labor and Installation: To include parts, mechanical installation and system warranty: 5 years on all parts and labor. Mechanical installation will be provided by a Plymovent factory certified installer. Mechanical Installation to Include: 1). 3 (three) SBT-20-MG, 20' Plymovent "Sliding Balancer Track" Assemblies for 3 apparatus: Command (GMC), Brush (F-350) & Ambulance (A-41). 2). 3 (three) Three piece “Plymovent Hose Drop Assemblies”, including Pneumatic Grabber Nozzles, Safety Disconnect Handles, HT Lower Hoses and Conical Tail Pipe Connectors (TPC). The TPC connects to the Apparatus’ Tail Pipe. For Tail Pipes which are less than 5” a Tail Pipe Adapter (TPA) will be needed. The Tail Pipe modifications are the responsibility of Adrian FD. 3). 1 (one) Wireless Exhaust Control System. 4). Duct-work as required.
