Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Construct an addition to the clubhouse to act as an education center and multi-purpose meeting space. (match existing building/roofline/etc. a. 2000 square foot addition on the east side of the existing building. b. 500 square foot covered patio. c. Accommodate 150 or more people. d. ADA/Universal design. e. Updated existing building infrastructure (roof, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ricochet baffles, regrading, vegetation, clay lining, limestone field at berm base….) f. Backstop/berm lead reclamation g. Improve sound attenuation. h. Replace existing clubhouse roof. 2) Build two enclosed and climate controlled (heating) 5-stands. a. Heated b. Stadium pole mounted lighting for occasional evening shooting. c. Utilize skeet and trap fields 1 and 3. 3) Weatherproof portions of the rifle & pistol range for winter use. a. Convert a portion of the pistol/rifle range to semi-enclosed and heated for winter use. b. Include sound abatement. c. Roof/structure updates/repair i. Extend roof line. ii. Convert to metal roof. 4) Repair and expand the parking lot, including ADA needs (east). 5) Design a new motorized entrance gate and entrance arch to improve visibility and security. a.
