Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification is for furnishing one new, unused, complete, fully operational, current production model, all-wheel drive, all-wheel steer, diesel powered airport snow removal vehicle. Vehicle shall be of heavy-duty design and of sufficient capacity to mount all plows and spreader equipment as specified herein. The minimum engine horsepower is anticipated to be 500 hp. Vehicle will see extensive use on airfield pavements for plowing and scraping duties. Vehicle and all mounted equipment shall be capable of performing airport snow removal and ice control as required to meet performance criteria and operational safety as specified herein at Sawyer International Airport, Gwinn, Michigan.
