1. Construction and delivery of cabinets by July 1, 2026 to Woodland Elementary. 2. Installation of cabinets are scheduled as follows: July 6 thru August 7, 2026. The schedule is defined and fines of $1,000 per day incurring as of August 17, 2025 for not meeting the deadline. 3. Provide and install Wilsonart Laminate D90-60 (North Sea) finish cabinetry for 7 Woodland Elementary Classrooms: 404,405,406,407,408,409, and 410. 4. Interior to be white melamine with matching banding. 3MM on edges of doors and drawers and .45 MM on exposed faces of cabinets and shelf edges. 5. All countertops will be PLAM, solid light gray, and triple cove. 6. All cabinets must be less than or equal to 24” wide, except if they contain a sink. 7. Included in this quote will be door pulls and hardware for all cabinets. 8. Excluded from this scope will be boot drip pans and door vents. 9. Field Verify all measurements prior to construction. 10. Casework Designs, sections and details required with the bid.
