Item 1 – 2027 PASSPORT DECAL- VEHICLE SIZE – Decals to be 1.5” X 1.25” die cut, waste removed, with .125 radius corners. PRINTING – Decals to be printed on 2 mil clear Polyester white laminated white BOPP for opacity with permanent adhesive. Clear liner required. Lamination must be over all printing and numbering. Adhesive to be permanent type. Decals must easily separate from each other and must be free of curling. The vendor is held responsible for the satisfactory completion of the order and for the permanence of the printing and adhesion during the full life of the permits. (One year) INKS – The inks used in printing shall be sun-resistant, non-fading and impervious to windshield washing solvents and other household cleaners. Decals to be one PMS color and black. Printing is face down (Decal is affixed to the inside of windshield, viewed from outside the car.) Electronic art file (PDF) to be furnished to successful bidder. Vendor is responsible for separations and color matching. Vendor shall submit color samples for final selection of colors and a pre-production sample of each permit to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Division before proceeding with the production run. Color should be Orange PMS 166 PROOF REQUIREMENTS – Delivery of proof required within 10 working days after receipt of purchase order. PACKAGING & NUMBERING ( SHEET OPTION) – Decals to be supplied 2 across & 5 down per sheet. Sheet size of 3.25” x 6.875” fan folded. 5 sheets of 10 decals each (50 decals per stack) and packaged in Resealable baggies or cellophane. Perforated between each decal. Sequential number from 0000000001 to 0000411450. Each stack to start with last digit of 1. Example: 0001 thru 0050. Dead numbers allowed with detail list provided (See List breakdown req.) with each separate order. No more than 20 packages of 50 or 1000 permits per carton. Sheets must be in number sequence in box, low numbers on top. Each carton shall have the sequence of numbering of its contents printed on the outside end of the carton. You may place multiple cartons inside of a larger shipping carton for shipping purposes.
