Items of work on John Street and Willow Street include 870 ft of full width 2” HMA overlay from South Westphalia Street to Beech Street, including casting adjustments. Items of work on West Elm Street and West Pine Street include construction of approximately 600 feet of road reconstruction including, sand subbase, aggregate base, and 4” HMA resurfacing, associated drive approaches, 900 feet of 10” storm sewer, 100 feet of 8” sanitary sewer, ADA compliant curb ramps, surface restoration; mulch blanket, traffic control and all related work. Items of work on East Pine Street include removal and replacement of approximately 120 feet of 60” diameter culvert, including storm sewer and drainage improvements, approximately 150 of road reconstruction including, sand subbase, aggregate base, and 4” HMA resurfacing; surface restoration; mulch blanket, traffic control and all related work.
