Total permits to be printed- 9,000 Item 1 – 2026 PASSPORT DECAL- Motorcycle SIZE – Decals to be 1.5” X 1.25” die cut, waste removed, with .125 radius corners. PRINTING – Decals to be printed on 2 mil clear Polyester white laminated white BOPP for opacity with permanent adhesive. Clear liner required Adhesive on the back side of permit. Lamination must be over all printing and numbering. Adhesive to be permanent type. Permits to have the PMS 109-Yellow as the Background Yellow and the State of Michigan Maps the lighter color - (Opposite of Vehicle Permit). Decals must easily separate from each other and must be free of curling. The vendor is held responsible for the satisfactory completion of the order and for the permanence of the printing and adhesion during the full life of the permits. (One year) INKS – The inks used in printing shall be sun-resistant, non-fading and impervious to windshield washing solvents and other household cleaners. Decals to be one PMS color and black. Electronic art file (PDF) to be furnished to successful bidder. Vendor is responsible for separations and color matching. Vendor shall submit color samples for final selection of colors and a pre-production sample of each permit to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Division before proceeding with the production run.
