The City of Alpena will be accepting proposals for the excavation services as needed. Work will include, but not be limited to the following: • Removal and replacement of water services as part of the State of Michigan Lead and Copper requirements. • Emergency Repairs to water and sewer mains and services on an as needed basis. • Replacement of water and sewer services on an as needed basis.
