A. Mowing of grass shall be done on the same day of each week unless otherwise noted, discussed or approved elsewhere in this Invitation for Bids or by the Public Services Director. A neat and clean appearance is required in all areas. All grass cutting shall be done at a height of 2.5 inches. Mowing equipment must be in good condition and equipped with a sharp blade. B. All roadways, park walkways and drives shall be kept in a clean state that is free of debris and grass clippings. Any clippings or debris left on these areas by mowing operations shall be removed by the contractor. C. Objects that have grass growing up to, around, or under are required to be trimmed at the same frequency as the grass is mowed. Trimming techniques shall not damage objects in any way. The contractor shall repair or replace all damaged objects to their previous state at the contractor expense.
