1. Performing research, field investigation, locatingoriginal corner evidence and setting and witnessing ofwork program corners. Assembling all information for the County Representative with copiesforthe Peer Group review approval. Attending and presentingthis corner information at Peer Review Group meetings. 2. Placing state plane coordinates on each monumented corner as currently stated in Appendix DD of the 2020 Revised County Plan: Monumentation & Remonumentation Plan, complying with Michigan Public Act 9 of 1964 as amended, to establish longitude and latitude to the proper level of precision, and meeting all requirements for reporting them to the State of Michigan. In addition, all survey control stations, being either conventional or GPS, will be witnessed, and coordinates shall be provided in an approved electronic format. 3. Installingappropriate corner monuments and caps as determined by the County Representative. 4. Filing Land Corner Recordation Certificates as required byMichigan Public Act 74 of 1970 as amended. 5. Provide a plat map on durable white paper ofthe size of 36"x 42" by Township and Range, includingall corners monumented with bearings and distance,GPS and Traverse control stations plotted on a scale of 1"= 1000', and a CAD dwg file of the same. 6. Provide a book with the printed results ofthe coordinatesfor all corners monumented or surveyed,along with survey control points used in surveys. Provide a state plane certification sheet and a longitude, latitude certification sheet for all corners ina report book. Create lists separating corners and control points. 7. Provide all insurance policies covering survey firm’s work and vehicles used in doingwork. 8. Provide sufficient notice to the County Representative prior to commencing any field work to allow the County to have a notice published in the local paper. 9. List all software, computers,and printers available to complete this contract.
