1. Snow plowing/removal shall occur where there is snowfall in excess of 2” unless the City determines that snow clearing services are required for amounts of less than 2”. Conditions requiring services for less than 2” of accumulation may result from blowing and drifting and ice accumulations. 2. Snow must be placed around parking lots to minimize the loss of parking spaces and shall not block any pedestrian access/crosswalk or exits from the parking lot. 3. Salt shall be applied to all parking lots, all entrances and exits, all sidewalks, ramps, steps and plaza areas during snow removal actions. The salt shall be applied in sufficient quantities (but not over salting) to melt any frozen precipitation and to assist in removing residual amounts of snow accumulation not previously removed by snow removal services.
