The successful Contractor will provide all services and related materials to complete the roto milling and pulverizing work in accordance with the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. The Contractor will perform roto milling and pulverizing services on various roads throughout Ingham County. The Contractor will work with the Director of Operations and/or their designee to compile a listing of roads to be completed. The Contractor shall use a cold-milling machine equipped with positive depth control adjustments and a positive means for controlling the cross scope. The Contractor may be asked to provide trucking services for roto milling and pulverizing materials from the job site to designated areas throughout the County on an as needed basis as directed by the Director of Operations and/or their designee. Mobilization shall include moving of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to each project site. Mobilization shall be a flat fee.
