John Collins Park- Irrigated Turf (on Lakeside Dr. at Reeds Lake) 1. Weekly mowing and leaf cleanup through November (includes bench areas, stairwells, shrubs, upper restroom deck, Etc.) 2. Edging- Sidewalk along Lakeside Drive must be edged weekly. Concrete areas inside park must also be edged. Any loose trimmings must be picked up and disposed of. 3.
