Specifications include, but are not limited to: MOTOR FUEL Mecosta County Road Commission is accepting bids for supplying MOTOR FUEL to its facilities in Morley and Big Rapids. Prices for the purpose of this bid shall be quoted as cost to Road Commission over RACK price. This price shall also include ALL applicable taxes and fees. This price shall also include winter additives. Vendor to provide proof of Rack price with invoice. **Mecosta County Road Commission will not pay any other fees (including delivery)/surcharges, etc. not listed below. MORLEY FACILITY: This Facility has a 10,000 gallon capacity for Diesel Fuel. Deliveries of up to 8000 gallons are acceptable. 500 gallon capacity for gas. BIG RAPIDS FACILITY: This Facility has a 30,000 gallon capacity with split 20,000 gallons for Diesel Fuel and 10,000 gallons for gasoline. Vendor to specify max/min delivery quantities. FUEL SPECIFICATIONS: GASOLINE: Regular grade unleaded with minimum of 87 octane rating. DIESEL: Fully formulated controlled injection at terminal including winter additive during winter months.
