Specifications include, but are not limited to: the acquisition of two-way radio communications equipment. More specifically, the district is seeking direct radio communications between portable hand held radios within the Kent ISD campus. This will include Kent Career Technical Center (KCTC), Kent Technical Center (KTC), Maintenance, and the Educational Services Center (ESC) buildings. Additionally there must be the ability for direct radio communications utilizing the hand held radios from the ESC, Maintenance, and KTC buildings to the KCTC building. It is anticipated that these communications will occur through the use of a repeater, which will be located within the roof top of KCTC. It is imperative that there be unfettered radio communications between the ESC, Maintenance.
