The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking sealed quotes from qualified contractors to line one existing drain line at the Municipal Office Building located at 26 Central St, West Springfield, MA 01089. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
