The Town of West Springfield, through the West Springfield Public School Department, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Installation of TouchView Interactive Displays (IFB #23-0025). Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. Federal Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the United States Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act also apply to this project.
