Sealed proposals will be received in the Legal Department until 10:00 AM on November 10, 2023. If the bid is being hand delivered, please leave the complete sealed bid in the drop box labeled “Bids” in the Municipal Office Building Front Lobby, located to the left of the doors to the first floor
