Description

The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs. The contract will run November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026 with 2 one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the Town. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
