The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contracts for 2025-2026 Supply of Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt and Aggregates (IFB# 25-0049). All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
